Compounded from various additives, they exhibit excellent cooling, flushing, and sedimentation performance, and demonstrate strong adaptability to water quality. Compared to other DEPA series water-based cutting fluids, they maintain the most stable usage state and have the longest service life. They are widely used for drilling stainless steel watchbands.

2. DEPA-800 Full-Performance Water-Soluble Cutting Fluid The DEPA-800 series of full-performance water-soluble cutting fluids exhibit excellent extreme pressure and lubricating properties. Their stable chemical system provides good anti-corrosion and non-ferrous metal protection capabilities. They are suitable for various forms of machining of various materials and demonstrate good stability even in hard water areas. They are widely used in the cutting and drilling of cylinder blocks and heads for automotive aluminum alloy engines.

Appearance of working fluid: milky white and translucent

pH value (5% aqueous solution): 9.0

Applicable materials: all ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, glass, etc

Suitable processes: grinding, turning, milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and threading

3. DEPA-R150 electroplating rust preventive oil, a volatile thin film rust inhibitor series, forms a soft oily rust-proof film on metal surfaces, imbued with a pleasant fragrance. It encompasses rust preventive oils specifically formulated for copper materials as well as rust preventive products for steel and iron materials. The rust prevention period, oil film thickness, and drying time can be selected as per requirements. It is also extensively utilized in the rust prevention of motor rotor cold plates, silicon steel sheets, and other thin sheet stamping processes, and is suitable for rust prevention of electroplated products.

Appearance: Light yellow

Viscosity @ 40℃ (cst): 1.5~8

4. DEPA-DB3-8 New Energy Power Battery Shell Drawing Oil The DEPA-DB series is specifically designed for the drawing, punching, shearing, and cold forging of metal materials, covering various processes and materials ranging from the lightweight deformation processing of zinc sheets to the extremely heavy-duty alloy steel forming and cold forging. The extreme pressure lubrication properties of this series of products effectively reduce the occurrence of galling and burrs on processed products, extend mold life, improve work efficiency, and are extremely easy to clean. It is widely used in the forming and lubrication of shells, mobile phones, and aluminum power battery cases.

Appearance: yellow and transparent

Cutting ability: medium to high load

Applicable processes: punching, shearing, bending, and stretching of sheet materials

Applicable materials: cold-rolled sheet, galvanized sheet, copper sheet, aluminum sheet, titanium alloy, stainless steel

5. The DEPA-WTA02AL battery aluminum case cleaning agent, a water-based cleaning agent series, is categorized into three types: ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and specific processes. It exhibits excellent rust prevention and cleaning performance on metal materials. The optimal cleaning temperature ranges from 60-100℃, and it should be selected according to on-site process requirements. The DEPA-WTA series is suitable for cleaning zinc alloys, and the product is resistant to oxidation and discoloration.

PH value (5%): 8.5-9.0

6. DEPA-02 Micro-Mist Cutting Oil The DEPA-02 series is specially designed for modern advanced oil mist and other micro-lubrication (MQL) cooling, primarily used in carbide cutting and sawing oils. It utilizes a new biodegradable and environmentally friendly material, while addressing the concerns of smoke and waste fluid emissions in heavy-duty machining.

Appearance: Transparent

Viscosity @ 40℃ (cst): 10/25/35

Suitable processes: sawing, turning, milling, boring, drilling

7. DEPA-520 heavy-duty multi-functional cutting oil DEPA-500 series is suitable for cutting difficult-to-machine materials, such as broaching, deep-hole drilling, gun drilling, and honing of titanium alloy stainless steel, high nickel steel, and heat-resistant steel. Composed of various hydraulic additives, it can be used in traditional machine tools and high-speed CNC machining centers.

Appearance: clear light yellow

Viscosity @ 40℃ (cst): 5/10/20/30/40/50

Open flash point ℃: 200/215/220/240

Applicable materials: ferrous metals, titanium alloy stainless steel, heat-resistant alloys, and some non-ferrous metals
